The patient portal is a secure online website that gives our patients convenient, 24-hour access to their personal health information from anywhere with an internet connection.

Requirements to Access the Patient Portal:

  • Must have a web email on file with Memphis & Shelby County Pediatric Group
  • Must register as a new user creating a username and password
